Enhanced User Experience
We’ve made CLōD more user-friendly, especially for mobile and interactive use:
Fullscreen Text Input on Mobile: When typing on your mobile device, text fields now expand to fullscreen, making it easier to input data on the go.
Playground as Your New Homepage: The Playground is now the default homepage when you log into the dashboard, offering a more engaging and hands-on starting point.
Flexible Provider Selection in Playground: In the Playground, you can now choose from a list of providers for your selected AI model, with CLōD highlighted at the top. If you haven’t picked a specific model, you can select from all available providers or choose “None” for maximum flexibility.
Improved Documentation
Our documentation is now more user-friendly, with added request samples and use-case descriptions to help you better understand how to leverage CLōD’s features for your projects.
Seamless Subscription and Billing Experience
We’ve overhauled the subscription and billing process to give you more control and clarity:
Choose Your Plan with Ease: Explore our new plan selection page featuring four options—Free, Basic, Pro, and Enterprise. Each plan comes with a clear description, monthly price, and a prominent button to upgrade or downgrade. New users start on the Free plan (with some limitations), while Basic and Pro plans are available for immediate purchase. Need a custom solution? Contact us for the Enterprise plan.
Hassle-Free Payments: After selecting a paid plan, you’ll be guided to log in or register, then enter your payment details. Once your payment is confirmed via our payment partner, Stripe, you’ll see a success message.
Transparent Billing Dashboard: The new billing page shows your payment history, your payment method, your next payment date and amount, and your usage against plan limits. If you cancel a plan, the billing page clearly reflects that status, and you’ll receive a “Subscription Cancelled” email confirmation.
Team Billing Simplified: For teams, we’ve streamlined billing into a single invoice, making it easier to manage group subscriptions.
